    • We offer Event Planning, Balloon Garland Decor design setup, and breakdown.
  2. How can I request a quote for my event?
    • Please submit the request form and we will create a quote based on your needs after a consultation call.
  3. Can I customize my decor package?
    • Yes, all designs are customized to suit your specific needs and preferences.
  4. How far in advance should I book your services?
    • We recommend 4-6 weeks notice. However, we understand that life happens and can accommodate last-minute bookings when we can.
  5. What is included in the decor packages?
    • In general, your decor packages will include a focal point (Balloon Garland or Backdrop), table setting, table centerpieces, set up before the event, and breakdown after the event and delivery. The delivery fee depends on how far the venue is.
  6. Can I see examples of your previous work?
    • Please visit our gallery for each service you’re interested in and hit the “View Our Gallery” button.
  7. How do you handle unforeseen circumstances on the event day?
    • Assure clients about your contingency plans and how your team handles unexpected challenges during events.
  8. Can I provide my own balloons?
    • No. For guaranteed quality of our display, we only use balloons sourced from specific brands.
  9. How do I secure my booking?
    • After submitting the inquiry form, we will set up a consultation call with you, discuss your event details, and come up with a proposal and budget. Once you are in agreement you pay a deposit to secure your date/booking.
